Do you Travel?
Travel is one of my favorite aspects of the job! At the moment, weddings and other sessions take me anywhere within NC, SC, and VA and I'm excited to serve even more states and new places in the future.
How long have you been doing this?
I've been serving couples for almost 4 years now. I bought my first camera in 2017 and fell in love with couples photography in 2019. Been making beautiful memories with so many amazing couples ever since.
How many photos do we get?
Roughly 75-100 fully edited, high resolution images per hour of wedding day coverage. For engagement and other couples sessions, you receive 100+ photos.
How do we get our photos?
You receive a link to your full online album via email and/or text. With full wedding packages, I also include a "hard copy" of the gallery in the form of a USB drive sent via mail.
Do you retouch photos?
On top of color correction and other adjustments to achieve my warm, muted editing style, I do minimal skin retouching including blemish correction and skin smoothing. Additional retouching available upon request.
Whats your turn around time?
For full weddings, I deliver the full gallery within 6 to 8 weeks of your wedding date. Engagement and other couples sessions are delivered within 2-4 weeks of your session date.
How do we book you?
Yay, it's time to book! First, will share a contract with you for your session. Then once you've signed your contract and paid your booking deposit, we're officially booked!
Can you help us with planning?
Of course! I put together my own photography timeline for your wedding day based on your photography needs whether you have a wedding coordinator or not. So I will either be in touch with you and/or your coordinator to help plan your big day.
How far out do you book?
I generally have the next year and a half to two years of my schedule open for bookings. If your date happens to be outside of that, let's still chat!
What should we do for an engagement session?
We can basically do whatever!
*cough* the Mountains! *cough*
We can keep things local and explore the city, find a beautiful park for photos, or have an intimate in-home session. Or my favorite, make a fun adventure out of it and take a day trip to the mountains of the beach!
What should we wear?
At the end of the day, I want us to showcase what makes you you and that includes what you're wearing. If you want to buy a whole new outfit for the session, I won't stop you. But I'm also happy to help you pick out something perfect for the session that's already in your wardrobe.
Do you do other types of photography?
Definitely! While couples and weddings are my main focus, I love capturing other important moments in my couples' lives. This includes maternity, family portraits, anniversaries, and more.
